3. As part of its business activity, Bianco Evento collects and processes personal data:

(a) to conclude and perform agreements between Bianco Evento and the Customers of the online shop biancoevento.de and also to process orders fully and correctly (legal basis Art. 6(1)(a) of GDPR and Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR);

(b) to send commercial information (newsletter(s)) to the e-mail address given by the Customer during registration at the online shop biancoeveto.de (legal basis Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(f) of DSGVO);

(c) for purposes arising out of legitimate interests of Bianco Event as the data controller: for analytical and statistical purposes and to ensure information security of the following websites: http://biancoevento.com/ and http://bianco-evento.com/ (legal basis Art. 6(1)(f) of DSGVO).

(d) to comply with legal obligations of Bianco Evento (legal basis Art. 6(1)(c) of GDPR).

(e) to contact customers and potential customers (via the contact form available at http://biancoevento.com/ and http://bianco-evento.com/) - pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of GDPR.

4. The recipients of personal data will be authorized employees of the Controller, entities to which the data have to be disclosed to fulfil a legal duty and entities to which the data will be disclosed for purposes of processing, for example to perform activities related to hosting, administration, maintenance and the management of websites, as well as the management and processing of orders.

5. The data will be stored throughout the term of the agreement and after its termination for the period stipulated in legal provisions on archiving and the statue of limitations and until legitimate interests of the Controller are satisfied.

6. You have the right to obtain from the Controller access to your personal data, the right to rectify or erase the data and to limit the processing of the data, the right to transfer the data and to withdraw the consent to process personal data (if your consent constitutes legal basis for such processing).

7. You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, that is Bundesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit, if you think that the processing of your personal data by the Controller violates personal data protection regulations.

8. Providing personal data is a contractual requirement. Providing personal data is completely voluntary but necessary for us to be able to render our services.

9. Personal data are not subject to profiling as one of the forms of automated processing of personal data.

1.To ensure proper functioning of the website, its Administrator – Bianco Evento GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Bianco Evento) – uses a mechanism based on cookies.

2.Cookies are IT files, in particular text files, that are stored on the user’s final device. Their function is to help visitors use the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the final device and a unique number.

Temporary cookies (session cookies) are cookies stored when the browser is being used (throughout a browser session) and are deleted when the browser is closed.

Persistent cookies are not deleted when the browser is closed, they are stored on the user’s device for a specific period of time or do not have an expiry date, depending on the settings chosen by the website owner.
